Spoiler for the Maloney show
Jon Lewis Dicconson beaten by my pal, big Rick Turba. This despite giving away over a stone in weight, been on holiday all of last week and having a very inexperienced/ questionable trainer. I'd love a decent trainer to get hold of him, a former European Cadet Bronze medallist- he has lots to offer but won't go far with the way things are currently I don't feel.
Great win for him though.
Hopefully Sky will show it- four round stoppage i hear.

Apparently Jeffries didn't fight due to illness.

Jeff ,[the mouse] Thomas, never acheived anything has a fighter,he isnt even a trainer, just attends the gym where the local un-licensed lads train, doesnt even hold a trainers license, told every body in the gym, Rik Turba was going to get beat by Dickenson, that was to be expected, as he goes for what the stats suggested, and not what his experience should have told him, totally negative attitude, mumbles like a little mouse, cant install confidence into himself,so how could he have installed confidence into a fighter to go out and beat Dickenson in his own back yard, fights are won and lost in gyms, you failed as a amatuer at my gym, then failed as a proffesional, and now you sit tapping a key board, because people cant see your face here, its not looking down at your shoes, key boards dont mumble like little mice, list the champions you have worked with, then maybe we can further this topic in person, not on a key board. wheres the cheese.Jeff Thomas wrote:Jon Lewis Dicconson beaten by my pal, big Rick Turba. Re: Spoiler for the Maloney show
I left your gym after 3-4 fights as an amatuer because I realised even at just 13 that you had very little to offer other then speaking 'confidence building' rubbish, on leaving you I won the North West NABCS, North West Novices and reached the North West finals of the ABA's - as a pro close loss to Commonwealth champion Lee McAllister, World champ Ricky Burns, former WBO number one contender Steve Murray plus wins over a few area champs and fighting for the national title. Much more then I could have hoped to have achieved witha pretender. . It seems a little lost on you that my moderate achievements amateur and pro outshine yours no end.... Because you haven't got any. Not sure exactly what your on about, Which champions have you worked with? Does working with- mean volunteering your time at a gym holding pads? Where have I called myself a trainer? Having taken my time going to college and learning off decent trainers around the country i'm serving an apprentiship that will allow me to be a good trainer in the future- am I good one now- not really , got lots more to learn before i'd say that? I'm learning and more knowwlegable people then yourself insist i'm on the right track.bettssam wrote:Jeff ,[the mouse] Thomas, never acheived anything has a fighter,he isnt even a trainer, just attends the gym where the local un-licensed lads train, doesnt even hold a trainers license, told every body in the gym, Rik Turba was going to get beat by Dickenson, that was to be expected, as he goes for what the stats suggested, and not what his experience should have told him, totally negative attitude, mumbles like a little mouse, cant install confidence into himself,so how could he have installed confidence into a fighter to go out and beat Dickenson in his own back yard, fights are won and lost in gyms, you failed as a amatuer at my gym, then failed as a proffesional, and now you sit tapping a key board, because people cant see your face here, its not looking down at your shoes, key boards dont mumble like little mice, list the champions you have worked with, then maybe we can further this topic in person, not on a key board. wheres the cheese.Jeff Thomas wrote:Jon Lewis Dicconson beaten by my pal, big Rick Turba. With regards to the 'in person' threat? Seriously Sam am I meant to be afraid? i'll be at the gym tonight, on my own, as always- i'm not hard to find make sure you play fair. Surely I thought you would have learned your lesson after Roy Finlay threw you around like an empty tracksuit.

Oh and also i'm a trainer as I hold a BBBC trainers licence. I've also assisted inthe corner Gomez for the Burns and Long fights, Yassine El Maachi for the Ambler fight and the Spitko fight, Carl Frampton and Chris O'Brien. That was your first time in the corner the other night wasn't it- don't get carried away.
