I think its a tuff fight for both men. Dilks is a good fighter with greater experience but Degale is very talented and I think has the greater speed, so it will interesting to see how Carl can deal with it. Good Luck Carl I'll be cheering you on from the cheap seats. :box:

Best of luck Carl. No pressure on you at all, Degale is the one that has to live up to all the hype and investment. Throw a spanner in the works, fella. :TU:

A mismatch is Lloyd Vs Barrera

This is an ideal match for both fighters, and will tell us a lot about DeGale.

Dilks is the underdog for sure, but it's going to take a good showing from DeGale to beat Dilks, certainly more than he has shown up until now.

I suspect DeGale will get frustrated if he can't get Dilks out of there, and then we'll see how it pans out - On saying that I expect a DeGale win, but Dilks is good enough to make DeGale work for it.

A mismatch it isn't.

dont be sucked into the occasion carl & he's this & that nonsense, yes he was a stellar amateur who had a bit of luck & his style was well suited to the computer scoring.
he's not a banger but is elusive & akward & his weakness is he likes a ding dong & at this stage of his career he is trying to impress crowds rather then fight to his strengths using his smart's. fill your boot's :box: hopefully now with a couple of losses to your record you will find more urgency to force the fight, all the best carl im sure you'll do yourself proud :!:

We will see come fight night then. ;)

Degales skill set, speed, accuracy, athleticism and power, are all superior to Dilks.

Dilks couldnt put that afro bum Adamu away when he was there for the taking and Groves obliterated him in 6 rounds.

Dilks is overated on here, probably because hes a regular poster.

I wish him all the best obviously because he has shown he has got a set of cherrys but I cant see the fight being remotely close.

But like I said, All the best. :TU:

And whoever said it's a mismatch has obviously not seen Carl fight.

It'll be tough for him, and if I'm honest I fancy DeGale to edge it, but Dilk is no mug, he'll give him all he can handle at this stage in his career.
