Lava now, isn't it? Been there a couple of times. Never again.MachoMan09 wrote:Not another one of the Preston massive. I saw you in Tokyo Jos - or whatever it's called now - last time out, Paul. I was in town visiting family and there were fights on. Bonus. Welcome to the forum.
Welcome, Paul. Thought you were very unlucky against Dave Ferguson in Leigh.

I have to say Paul - I was kept entertained between you and Dave Fergusons war of words on Howard's facebook page regarding your fight and then your girlfriend chimed in and gave Dave more grief!
It was very very funny.
Do you see a future at heavyweight - you seem to have the speed to trouble the bigger fellows - getting a draw against Danny Hughes in your 4th fight is no mean feat!![[icon_notworthy.gif]](./images/smilies/icon_notworthy.gif)

Re: Hi everyone this is Paul Morris.
yeah i struggle to stay at cruiser to be honest but want to fight for a few titles before moving up as haye and many more have done.
the fergy arguement was silly. i was getting a ear drumming off him for comments put on howards photo's. comments i never even made, but igored the replys from david as long as poss. all a bit silly really mate.
back to the heavy thing i will move back up at some point as i can take what they give but i'm faster then they are. i suppose with the right training 'd also develope more power with the speed too!
Hope that answers your question matey

Re: Hi everyone this is Paul Morris.
I am fighting the other stand in on the 25th of this month, his name is Nick Okoth he got to the final of prizefighter. I think both reserves should fight each other on the night to se who will go through, as sat there waiting for a coin toss was a load of toss!carlbcfc wrote:Regarding that coin toss crap. This fight is a eliminator for the vacant British masters cruiserweight title shot, will be looking forward to it as Nick is a very experienced fighter and a very good name to have on your record!
Re: Hi everyone this is Paul Morris.
Welcome on board Paul.
Coin toss what a load of nonsense that is, but I guess if there was another pull out then you would have gone straight in, maybe at a later stage so luck of the draw (toss) really.
Howard how is your training to get down to Cruserweight going, did you chat to the board & any dates on a comeback?
