Will he bother though, if he was 6lb over yesterday surely he's dry already.

If I was him I'd be offering Dilks £10k extra and getting me some food. Damn.

didnt expect that from a Jim Mc trained fighter but I think Chunky should definitley keep quiet about Grovesy and Smigga now because light heavy could be easier for him.

Really hope this fight still takes place though, Magnificent Seven sounds better than Magnificent Six :)

McDonnell is a fantastic with his fitness and a great motivator, but he could do THAT much with Danny Williams' expanding weight.

For me, Degale should move up to light heavy weight. It's a weaker division and a domestic fight with bomber towards the end of next year could be a real possibilty

shockinng to think he was half a stone over on thursday it's poor preperation :!:

no wonder it's been moved down to ten :!:

degale is defenetley a super middle, but must be weakened :!:

dilks really needs to jump on degale from the first bell & fight his heart out & could be walking away happy & famous :box:

Dilks at 6/1 is looking far more tempting now.

why does everyone on this site get so excited, he was 1 once over 12 stone, went away and lost it within a few minutes, he broke no rules, its still a mismatch and de gale will still destroy him !

:TU:

And its more the fact he was 6 pounds over 24 hours earlier. I have no doubt de gale will still win to be honest, but its little things like the that will give Dilks that extra little confidence going into the fight

He's done well to shift 6 pounds in one day. Doubt I'd be able to stand after going through that though.
Makes me think about having a bet on Dilks.

What a load of nonsense the 6lb he lost before the fight i've no doubt will be put back on other the next 24 hours.

Dilks isnt really high class opposition, and a half fit out of shape Degale would still win.

He'll no doubt put it back on before the fight, it's just a case of how much it has drained him to lose that 6lbs.

I'm not saying i'm an expert but if its only taking him 24 hours to lose 6lb, then surely its not too draining on the body. If he'd been hard at it for days trying to lose weight i think then may be that would be draining.

He will have known how far away from making weight he was for a while, so he's probably been hard at it for a while. It's the drying out in the last 24 hours to make him lose that 6lbs that could make him a little weaker come fight night. It's not natural for the human body to lose so much weight in such a short amount of time. Unless you drop a humungous turd :TU:
