I have been searching the google newspaper archives to see when he may have passed away.
I was not able to find an obit,but came across this newspaper reference from August.28. 1999.
Clarence Henry passed away February.28.1999.(age 73 years)

Er, actually ,you may want to correct that.As I mentioned,I was unable to find Clarence Henry's obit. on google newspaper archive.
August.28.1999, was the date of the San Antonio TX newspaper that was the reference to him as having passed away earlier that year.
Clarence Henry had passed away months earlier, on February.28.1999.
