Re: Prizefighter Heavyweight
Skelton, Sprott, McBride, Hughes, Adams, Baker and 2x TBA.
Can't see either of the TBAs being the big names Hearn talked about, with a week and a half to go.

Re: Prizefighter Heavyweight
Wouldn't go that far but Prizefighters should always include 3 or 4 up and coming fighters IMO..Smokin Preedy wrote:is that the same Baker who beat Williams? & Mcbride who beat Tyson!

Re: Prizefighter Heavyweight
It would be great if Tyson Fury was in it. It could be his get out clause that he needs to get out of fighting Chisora as he is his mandatory

Fury is 100% NOT ready for Chisora. But dont think he'll fancy prizefighter, short format a bit risky to his '0'?Josh1111 wrote:It would be great if Tyson Fury was in it. It could be his get out clause that he needs to get out of fighting Chisora as he is his mandatory

Yea agree, definitely not ready for Chisora. I dont think he'll want to lose his '0' either, shame really. Too much is made of staying undefeated these days.

Re: Prizefighter Heavyweight
no word yet on my opponent but will let u know as soon as I know. Franklyn is a big strong heavyweight with skill and power. he lost to chris burton but should have won it by most accounts
Re: Prizefighter Heavyweight
well larry, regardless of who it is it'll be nothing if not entertaining. maybe not the most refined boxer, but you've got a style most punter love to watch and a refreshing honesty in your post match interviews.warmachine wrote:no word yet on my opponent but will let u know as soon as I know. good luck next month! i'd have rather see you in there with chisora than fury to be honest, think most on here would agree

Re: Prizefighter Heavyweight
I think it will be OK. Skelton and Sprott are decent enough names and yes, it is the same Baker and McBride. Can't see McBride doing much, though. Reckon Hughes might make the semis, depending on the draw. And PF always throws up a few upsets. I'll be watching.Smokin Preedy wrote:is that the same Baker who beat Williams? & Mcbride who beat Tyson!

Re: Prizefighter Heavyweight
atm the second half of the draw is too good....skelton,sprott, hughes
we do need a couple of half decent tba's in the first half ...if the heavyweight Prizefighter bombs it will possibly be the start of the end
SORT IT !!!!!!

Re: Prizefighter Heavyweight
I have never seen him fight so please ignore my ignorance. But his record doesn't make overly good reading.oliverfennell wrote:Not a bad addition. Not bad at all.warmachine wrote:My training partner Franklyn Egobi is in it and he could win it
