Nigel Sport - are you only on boxrec to promote brandhatton - Hennessy takes a slagging for his endless press releases so why dont you - sick of your bullsh*t - props to Steve Foster Jnr but I actually dont think you give a toss other than the hits you will receive on your website.

Sorry you don't like my posts. Just flagging up that the interview is there for those who didn't see him on Sky. As for Steve Foster, he's a really nice guy and I think the majority of people on this forum will be delighted for him and would probably appreciate hearing from him. If you don't want to, fair enough.

I'm not quite sure how Mick Hennessy comes in to it though ?

Come on Nigel sport - what is the difference? all you do is promote your website - you do not partake in any discussion on this forum other than concentrating on brandhatton - if the website is that popular surely you do not need this forum as a platform when the reporters from boxrec are more than capable of p*ssing over anything you can do.

Hennessy and his office get slaggings on this forum for the press releases they produce on here and their lack of participation on the forum - if they get it why shouldnt you and as I have stated in a previous post boxrec reporters are more than adequate for producing up to date relevant news - what do you bring to boxrec other than promoting your website????

As for you using Steve Foster Jnr as some form of lever to shout me down - I am delighted for the lad - but I will repeat the only reason why you are on boxrec is to promote your website - do you really and truly have boxrec's posters interests at heart - b*llocks!!! - as already stated why should other promoters get it in the neck for self promoting on this website and you get away with it??

Thats a bit unfair isn't it ? Its not like he's giving us a load of propaganda - just a link to an interview with a boxer whose just won a great fight. Hardly a crime ????

Chill out Spud! Hennessy promos get stick not because Wellington kept posting info but because he just posted information and never responded/interacted with the posters. Nigel always answers any questions relating to his posts/links. What's wrong with promoting boxing on a boxing forum? As a fan I always enjoy the brandhatton videos and its refreshing to see a promotional outfit actively discuss fighters not associated with them.

Sorry guys - boxrec likes to portray itself as a fair boxing site - on the whole it is - however Hennessy Sports has rightly in the past come in for some stick for the endless self promoting on this site - so is boxrec now portraying double standards??

come on boxrec. let's censort spud from turning a good thread into loads of bickering.

he's done that before, hasn't he?

where the thread becomes about spud, not the subject at hand.

if it creates debate, it's a worthy thread and you don't need to go off like this. crap threads obviously are left to die.

What junk you have just written.

I'm a fan, I'm not affiliated to any promoter I come on here for news and info, If I see someone from Hatton, FM, FW, or Hatton post some info on here then I will gladly read it.

Who do you think you are to question anyone providing a service when all you provide is 3rd hand fanboy info?

It's people like you who ruin forums.

I think Steve Foster Jr performed brilliantly last night, showed real potential. The way the Sky sports lot were carrying on you'd have thought he was going into the ring with Mike Tyson. Credit to him for staying focused and composed. He deserves to be the centre of attention in this thread, at least.
Thanks for posting the interview, I enjoyed watching it.

If you want the info go the relevant websites - if you want up to date relevant info then surely you could be a little patient by reading the excellent and informative articles written by the very capable boxrec writers - incidentally why does it need 2 seperate threads promoting the same interview and the same website - in addition you are very naive if you think brandhatton.com are doing the fans a service on here - their primary objective in my opinion is to promote their website to the detriment of our writers on boxrec.

You and others cannot stand it when as normal I am right and you and others revert to the typical and basically very predictable slaggings.

I come onto boxrec because I enjoy the site - if I wanted to go onto brandhatton.com I know where to go.

I will turn this - what publication/promoting or favours do brandhatton.com do for the boxrec writers and the excellent articles they write?

Or is it quite simply you and others can only revert to slagging me to pathetically try to quieten me down - you will fail - people have tried for 10 years now and failed miserably - if I believe I am right on a point I will stick to my guns unlike people like yourself who are weak, predictable and follow the majority.

why did foster take a year off (think it was 2009)?

he definitely has potential and seems big and strong enough at this weight. on the basis of his close defeat to arthur and his one punch KO of kirakosyan, he really can do things.

what european title defenses can we look forward to?

I think he is more likely to look for a shot at a world title. Old man viking is talking about Ricky Burns, according to ESB.

it is well written.

on the internet it can be so laboured and clumsy:

in round 1...

in round 2...

and so on. some ppl cannot condense or summarise.

Spud saying because some gets slagged somebody else should just isnt right. If you dont agree with other promoters getting slagged off it doesnt make it right by doing it to someone else- two wrongs do not make a right.

Hatton tv brings interveiws as they are said ,articles are very good but you arnt getting the same effect as watching a film of the interveiw.

A lot of people like the links to Brand hatton as it might be the way they discovered the site just because some people know where to go for a it a lot of people dont and appreciate being given a nudge to get there.

The diffrence i think people feel with Hennesys publicity stuff is its just typed stuff that like you say can be done better by boxrecs guys. Nigel Turner is offering something boxrecs guys dont offer.

Some of the guys i look after the only chance theyv had to see themselves on a good tv show and with proper commentaters is on hatton tv and they have always been good enough to go out of there way to send us copies of fights. They could easily say just go to the website but they dont they send us our own copy to watch and dont charge us a penny very very good guys to deal with.

Your on my facebook so in no way can you try to make out im insulting you or one of yr enemies but the words im sick of yr bullshit props to steve foster are very harsh . If somebody said the same thing to you about Liam Cameron who you have been bigging up for some time (and rightly so) you would accuse them of just trying to slag you off and not knowing any better.

For someone who has a decent knowledge of boxing and is very commited im afraid your rant here has made you look very bitter and somehow trollish i know your not like that and even so it still seems like it.Imagine how it looks to people who dont know you?

I realy dont think they are trying to detriment the writers of boxrec as they do articles where these links are live interveiws and even fights.Real boxing fans like both and probly cant get enough boxing tuff wether its articles or video interveiws and i realy dont think Hattons people would want to do anything to the detriment of Boxrec considering how much has been said about how boxrec favours Hatton.

Id like to hear Mr Mcneilys veiws on this as he and his team are the ones who you think are being so wronged if they agree perhap it holds water if they have no problem then perhaps there isnt one.

Well said Jon. It's a non-issue which could have easily have been cleared up via private messages rather than a rant on a thread.

Now let's return to the topic at hand :TU:
