Picture the scene 3 seconds left and its 3-3 - Smith has him on the ropes and bang lands one and gets it 4-3 - very much deserved as well 30-27 in Prizefighter terms won all 3 rounds comfortably.

Stalker vs Taylor will be a cracker :TU: I really cant wait for that one, I may be totally biased but Taylor has been the most impressive in my opinion and I fancy him to take it. Shame on Gallagher fighting an Indian but well done to Calum Smith fought well and throw some really nice uppercuts

2nd semi Gallagher level 1-1 with Singh at the end of the first - honestly if body shots scored the Irish guy would be about 10-1 up he has thrown the Indian around the ring and into the ropes and launched into attack after attack without any score - crazy

Im surprised the Kenyian isnt making McCarthry lead with the jab more and countering with an over-hand right as McCarthy throws his jab short and drops it before bring it up and is open to the right counter

Don't worry about Callum with pressure.... He's 6ft 3" and Welterweight and loves pressure fighters. :TU:

2-2 end of the second McCarthy needs to feint with the left and throw the right over Makonjio low left hand - there are points to be had there but both men edgy at present

Come on Tommy mc!!

Agreed no-one has really used feints really affectively, the Kenyan is so much less effective on the front foot. I really thought he should of countered McCarthy's jab though cause he was there to be hit when he threw it.

I see a stoppage here Johnson is fighting excellent and the body shots are taking it out of him, great advice in the Scotland corner

5-1 Johnson at end of the first - Asare is uncomfortable in there now and would not be surprised to see a stoppage - he has lost two points for persistant holding and the body attack from Johnson although not scoring is breaking him up
