This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, VINCENT GARCIA who was born in California on May 30, 1986 and passed away on October 12, 2006 at the age of 20. We will remember him forever. Vincent lived his life to the Fullest, he accomplished more in his life time even though it was a short one, than others do in their entire life.
