neither should be anywhere near a world title shot...really depressing that 2 b-level domestic heavyweights are fighting for a world title.....you think danny williams took a beating against vitali? you aint seen nothing yet! chisora and harrison are going to get destroyed!!!

I don't think the two fights will be similar at all. Chisora goes out on his shield, Audley craps out during the ringwalk.

Chisora probably as hes won Domestic Titles at least but neither deserves a shot
good for Britsh boxing but can see Him taking a one sided beating.

he will probably try and dance away all night and survive so that he isnt too damaged and can say for an inexperienced guy he lasted with the champ.

if he does win then he fights vitali and haye Looks a right tit for not fighting them

Well I'd say Audley purely because he's at least won the European title, so he deserves a shot no less than Sosnowski did.

x2.

Also, this may sound stupid but an Olympic Gold Medal is an achievement that holds some sort of status in the professional ranks. Years back Olympic Gold medallist Pete Rademacher challenged for the Heavyweight World Title in his professional debut!

Let's gt it straight, Audley didn't defeat the European champion and fought a late notice Michael Sprott to win the European title by the skin of his teeth, which he promptly vacated rather than face Dimitrenko.

Audley won prizefighter, three padded out wins to disguise some piss-poor performances and
loses. Audley got beaten by Martin Rogan, who twice got beaten by Sam Sexton who Chisora stopped with relative ease.

Chisora would have an easy night against Audley and as the holder of British and Commonwealth titles surely deserves his shot more on paper. Audley has not won anything on merit since the Olympics 10 years ago and if it wasn't for this bullshirt fued with his former best pal (Which I think has been manufactured by both of them BTW) then he wouldn't get a look in at any world title. Haye didn't want the Klitschko's and with no other name out there
Audley made commercial sense all round, nothing more than commercial sense either.

Having said that, I think if Audley can overcome his obvious fear factor and lets his natural talent prevail then he has a chance providing he uses his bulk and power. Audley knows Haye well, the fear may not be there this time as it wasn't when he fought Danny Williams again. If he enters the ring as fit and focussed as he did that night Haye has big trouble coming his way.

Chisora has a chance too of he can fight up close and stay in Vlads face 3 minutes of every round. Fitness wins the fight for Chisora and if he's super-fit those are the tactics that will work.

Both have tall orders but both have a chance if they get the tactics right.

Once things for sure, as previously mentioned, if both men do lose, Dereck will lose with honour and certainly won't look like a rabbit in the headlights every time he takes one as, I fear Audley will if his mindset is not right.

I have a niggling feeling that Audley will win, he's a lucky face and knows this is his last chance to shut alot of people up.

If both do pull it off, what odds would you get on Chisora or Audley holding three of the four main titles in 2011?

Where's that cheesy dude, Dale Tempest when you need him?

I don't look at it from the standpoint of: at least Audley won the Euro title. The title doesn't mean much as far as how deserving they are, it is who they beat (imo). Harrison beat Michael Sprott, and Chisora beat Sam Sexton. I didn't think one win was much better than the other. I think they are both equally 'deserving'.

I wish both well.I've got a soft spot for Audley as I think he is probably a very nice bloke, and Chisora seems a proper character and is getting better and better, which is encouraging to see.

Can they win their fights?

I think Harrison will have to fight a very patient fight with Haye and look to tire him out and try and land a big one.My money is on Haye though, being too fast and too powerful + when he gets hurt, he seems to recover very quickly, which is a gift in itself really.

Re: Wlad -Delboy. IF, and its a big if, Chisora gets inside and works away then he has an excellent chance. In fact, I'd favour him. But, big Wlad has such an accurate jab/left hook that he is very hard to get to these days, and I think he may just be too much at this stage of his career. In the event that Chisora loses, I hope he doesn't get too bashed up and can continue developing.

Hate to say it, but out of the two it's Audrey, but neither of them actaully deserve a title shot. At least Chisora is more likely to show some masculinity in his attempt as opposed to that wet pants Harrison.

All this talk of "Chisora has to get inside" is quite funny, simply 'cos no-one's mentioned that once in there Del Boy must find a way to stop the big lump mounting him in the traditional Emanuel Steward "Don't let him get too close!"* manner when thus engaged. Surely Chisora lacks the one-shot power to get Vlad gone otherwise, which is his only other hope?

I've not seen Chisora (nor anyone else for that matter) show a single practical, likely way to keep the Klit off his back once inside--other than punching the Ukrainian as absolutely hard as you can get in the nuts the moment he tries to lay upon you, which also I have seen relatively few people attempt (possibly 'cos you can't get leverage to get a really good Trinidad/Cotto style nut-shot off with eighteen stone hanging off your neck or possibly 'cos they'll burn you in effigy in Germany for centuries should you dare to foul one of the big buggers back). Oh, & Wlad's always had a nice left hook. He used it against McCline, FFS & that was nearly a decade ago.

Quite apart from such delusions: I say... Oh, neither of them deserve a shot. The fact that Audley's probably going to win is what makes it ultra-sickening, of course, but there you go. I'm gonna watch both however, 'cos I am a sucker.

*: I blame Tommy Hearns. No, I really do. If he hadn't collapsed late against Leonard then Emanuel would not have listened to millions of Yanks over the years go "Ah, if only he knew how to hold!", & would therefore not be now so obsessed with getting whomever he trains to clamp their opponent in a desperate love-embrace on the inside. It's your fault, Tommy. You ruined heavyweight boxing. Sob.
