Randall (Tex) Cobb is currently listed as Randall Cobb.

I would put this particular nickname in the same class as Razor Ruddock, Bonecrusher Smith, etc, meaning this was always used as part of his name on air or whjen referring to him.

IMO he needs to be changed to Randall (Tex) Cobb.

With that criterion, we are going to put La Hiena Barrios, instead of Jorge Rodrigo Barrios, or KO Lausse, instead of Eduardo Lausse, or Ringo Bonavena, instead of Oscar Natalio Bonavena, because, popularly, they were, sometimes, more known by his nicks that by its real names.

In cases where fighters were known primarily by their nicknames, such as Tex Cobb, Buster Douglas, Bonecrusher Smith, Winky Wright, et. al., it makes sense to include their nicknames as part of their names. Not all boxing fans know the given names of these boxers.

In most cases, however, boxers are not known only by their nicknames, so it makes no sense to do what alacran is saying. It's ridiculous to confuse the two issues. Hell, by that strict criteria Ray Robinson should be in our database as Walker Smith, since that's his real name and Ray Robinson was only his ring name. If you are going to be such a literalist, you need to be consistent.
