Floor Seats

Post by johan88 »

I decided to fork out 100 for good seats at the Dec 11 show but now Ive realized that's the back floor seats, what's the view gonna be like from there? The pair of us are only 5'8. Cheers.

Floor seats often are not the BEST view, they are just nearer.

Lower tier are the biz.

Floor seats aren't too bad at the Echo.

Yeah- Lower tier is near enough, really. Some of the corner seats are best avoided, it's a bit of a restricted view.

Agreed. I've done floors seats at a coupel of shows and unless you're right near the front I don't like it, too many heads in the way and I don't generally like looking up to the ring unless I'm right at the front of the floor seats or ringside.

Best view for me in arena shows is always about halfway up the lower tier and square on to the ring.

I usually try going outer ringside/ringside if I can (depending on venue), while you end up doing that jack in a box thing if everyone's up and down in their seats, you get something you don't get in lower tier seating.

Lower Tier defo at the Echo, you get a great view from there, was in Row A Outer Ringside for Swifty and Burns and had a great view at the Kelvin Hall though but actually preferred my view in the lower tier at the echo which was a cheaper seat. All depends on the Venue and in my opinion the echo matches the Kelvin Hall for atmosphere, or maybe it was because l was just sitting beside a large scouse contingent that evening in Glasgow. :TU:

Lower tier definitely. Ringside often means little more than that they are on one side of the ring (guess what). A bit of elevation always helps IMO.

always one for lower tier myself. Sat square to the ring on the first row at the mag 7 show and the view was perfect.

Sat on the floor for Khan Salita and they were pretty good too
