117-111 N.

No disgrace, beaten by a better man and an excellent champ.

Good effort, Rendall.

this guy is FAST!

it's a shame for Munroe, he gave a good account of himself, but the Champ just had more in his locker.

119-109 from the judges, maybe a round out but obvious win for the better bloke really.

£50 down the drain. fornicate live betting

I orginally put £30 on Nishioka stoppage, then on the lives I put £20 on Munore as after round 4 I think as Nishioka looked fucked.

Pissed

I'm leaving boxing btting alone unless its been two chinny bangers like Haye/Harrison,

117-111 Nishioka. Thought Munroe put up a good show, just not at Nishioka's level, who looked exceptional. Munroe can definitely come back from this and against a less elite champion would have a good shot. Nishioka showed real class in the way he adjusted 4-5 rounds in and just dominated. Some lovely work to the body. Top class all round.

cards all 119-109.

That's the difference between a good operator and a world class operator, Rendall showed bravery and gave it his best in there but it just wasn't anywhere near enough.

Nishioka is an excellent champion, tough, good footwork, fast hands and an excellent boxing brain.

Munroe was as hard as nails and put in 120% commitment - to go to Japan takes big balls and there was no disgrace on his performance to fight a legit champion and came away with honour.

Sounds like it was a good fight, cheers for the rbr updates.

Hopefully, he can use this and see what he needs to do to get a title. Really think he should look at knocking the bin round on the head, especially with the public sector cuts. If he's picking up an extra £100k (ish) each year from boxing then he can't expect someone who's just got the round to lose his job at his expense

Cheers for the RBR guys, seems my fears about Munroe's lack of a real dig are justified. He had to be able to really shake Nish to stop him getting into his flow. He's an excellent fighter. Hope this hasn't taken too much out of Rendall and he can come back and keep picking up some good wins on the European circuit. £100k for his efforts (if that's how much he did get). Blimey... take manager/trainer/expenses/tax out of that and he's not taking home alot is he!? Such a tough bloody game this boxing malarky.

Probably the worst kind of fighter for Rendall to face stylewise - He would have to use every bit of guts and bravery in that one - it would be like matador vs bull.

i thought nishioka was a clear winner but surely 119-109 was a bit harsh , i had it 117-113 , maybe i was biased i dont know , but i was dissapointed for him to only get such wide scores , his power wasnt enough to worry the jap enough imo , i think that had a bearing on it , anyone think he might have had a shot if he was the one who got molitor

Kick a man when he's down eh??

just lost his dream world title fight and now you tell him he shouldn't have a job. harsh

Seriously doubt there'll be much left of his 100k by the time he gets back home.

Booth v Munroe early next year would be good, nice little payday for them after their world title efforts and then the winner is back at world level again
