I just can't see Aud taking that first shot that Ruiz managed to get up from and it will land within 1 round IMO.

Other than his bank balance, which is the most important thing i guess, its lose lose for Haye.

Knock Audley out in the first 3 and the fight is seen as a 1 sided joke, people feel a bit ripped off and ask "Why fight a joke like Audley in the first place?"

If Audley is remotley competative he becomes a laughing stock.
