The sad news of Robert Dickie's passing prompted me to look at his record:

I was at both the 1988 fights in Stoke against Gun and Bou-Ali and unless my memory is playing tricks on me, they were both at the same venue (Kings Hall).
But the record has the Bou-Ali fight at The Moat House.

Can anyone confirm the Bou-Ali venue?

Right, found my programme from the Dickie v Bou-Ali fight in the loft. As I thought, the bill took place in The Kings Hall in Stoke not The Moat House as listed in Dickie's record
