No way does Brown belong on any list at 168. 160, yes, definitely.

Dean Francis or David Starie, maybe.

2 David Haye
3 Frank Bruno
4 Henry Akinwande
5 Danny Williams
6 Gary Mason
7 Herbie Hide

Hiya Stu - I would have Dunstan at around no6 and I would replace Hide with Hobson, but apart from that, can't argue with your list. :geek2:

Shit, forgot about Hide's run as a Cruiser. Ummm....made me think. I still go for Hobson over Hide, Hide hasn't beaten anyone of that big a note as a Cruiser. His world ranking is kind of inflated. Hobson did come within a whisker of beating Enzo and held the British and Commonwealth titles for a while - Hide's won nothing at the weight. If you "combine" Hide's achievements as a small heavy, then yes. But then if you do that - Eubank would be clear #1. Yeah your right about Dunstan - maybe 7 ahead of Reeson and move everyone else down.

Bruce Scott and Hide are my #11 and #12 - very close with Hobson and Eubank.

I didn't write any of that! Stu - you pressed the wrong edit button!!

The top 3 are very close imo, would probably have Haye at the top due to the other guys not having a win to match Haye going to Paris and stopping Mormeck

Yes, I just went in that order based on their results against each other.... but thinking about it, I can see logic in what your saying. If Haye had lost to a European fighter of Thompson's standing - then I would definately agree. Haye's European title win against Fragomeni looks better now in hindsight also and he smashed the #5 in the list. I just plumped that way based on a past it Thompson beating an up and coming Haye.

I think you are right Tommy - maybe Nicky Booth is a bit high as Paul Lloyd did have a decent bantamweight career and Johnny Armour could have done a lot more than the WBU title. :TU:

No Damaen Kelly? Robbie Reagan? Noel Wilders?

I would have it something like. Hardy, McKenzie, Kelly, Armour, Reagan, Lloyd, Docherty, Wilders, Booth, Napa.
