Yes it is Ian John Lewis, and I have just winced when one of his colleagues stated that a prisoner had two mobiles and two chargers secreted up their anus.

I knew Anderson at some point ran a Northern nick as he is from Sheffield and I knew that he went into the prison service when he up in the gloves and it was just when I watched Coppers and they showed IJL it triggered the thought process, and you are right it was Doncaster nick http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/nort ... 232759.stm http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/gene ... 30300.html. As for IJL it seems to me too he is a detention officer.

He was funny when he was doing his moves for Ian John Lewis, he was doing his jabs and everything and saying "we'll have to get together for a few sessions when I'm out."

I watched that Dispatches show before Coppers on Channel 4 aswell. Really, really sad stuff. Makes you realise how lucky you are not to grow up in a house thats been decimated by drug taking parents and parents who are basically a fornicating mess. There was just no chance for the kids on the Dispatches show to make anything of their lives from the off.

So what he is doing now is he still involved with the Prison Service then?. I watched Coppers as well and at times I found it very funny and at times thinking sometimes sterialisation is actually a very good idea.

I agree. That smackhead is nothing but a drain on taxpayers money. He should be put down before he spreads his genes.

Agreed - what a great bloke, and he's still in pretty good nick isn't he?

I can confirm that Ian's judgement was indeed clouded by claret, he told David Haye he thought he'd lose.....

Todays eastenders speak with a Pakistani accent!

A lot of Medway (adians? oadians? ites? etc not sure! lets just say people in Medway) seem to have ancestors who have moved south from London or are themselves from a travelling background. It makes for arguably one of the least attractive accents in the British Isles. Walk down Chatham high street on a saturday afternoon and it makes you want to give up on life! The place is full of scag heads, piss heads, beggars and the thing Chatham almost revels in producing...modern chavs!!
