Good performance by Khan to be fair. Myself and many other here picked the great Cuban to again win. But the younger and fresher Khan just had too much speed for the ageing Olympic Champion.
Always good to see the straight talking Nigel Benn ringside and as far as UK fighter go Nigel still my main man.
And nice to see Frankie boy with a smile on his face.
Khan is also getting a mention on the ITV news which is on now. Great exposure for the sport.
Kindelan was awful, almost seemed like he wasnt trying at times. I thought the scoring was definitely in Khan's favour, there were a few shots he got points for that werent clean and Kindelan didnt get a few himself that should have scored. Still a good win for Khan I guess but has to stink a bit when Warren already had his pro debut arranged if he had won tonight.... hmmmmm.

my thoughts exactly, bit of a smell round here with this fight.
What i see is Mr Promoter doing it the same as a certain Hamed, start him off on ITV then when he's big bringing him to SKY
i agree with neil, was quite disappointed with the fight
still khan showed he has improved a lot
i dont think its such a bad thing going with warren. people forget he's 18, it'll do him good to fight in europe for 3 or 4 years before taking on the big guns across the pond

Noooooooooooooo!!! Don't encourage our promoters. They don't f*ck about with them for 4 years in the States, when they're good enough they're old enough.
will be interesting to see what happens with Khans weight... i guess he can be promoted as a lightweight for a while.... weigh in day before and all... but sooner or later he is gonna fill out to light welter and upwards....

Can't agree with you there KOJOE, usually i do, but just think this wasn't right tonight, and as i said before , i really hate to think that any fight can be influenced

Not if he spends 4 years fighting poor quality fighters and faded, weight drained former Champions.

but they seldom "GO" so quickly and dramatically......
August was a canter for Kindelan.....now he loses by a fairly healthy margin......
Decent fight, too much hype though on the night, neither man looked amazing. Kindelan went through the motions is the kindest way i can put it without being sued and Khan looked ok. I thought Kindelan was unlucky with the scoring, some of his shots didn't score but Khan seemed to be picking up points for flurries that didn't appear to land. Still musn't grumble.
As i said in my other post, am i being unfair or did Calzaghe not look awful?!
