the younger Sauerland is an absolute whopper?
Comes across so smug and dishonest. Lou DiBella shows much more class and passion for the sport. Great scene when DiBella is watching Green vs Ward, Green is his fighter and he's sat with Greens manager and the manager says "that was close", DiBella looks at him like he's nuts and just says "Ward Round".
Sauerland just seems to love the spotlight and wants to be in there himself giving it the big one - going back on the Froch v Abraham Nottingham agreement, taking the limelight at the Kessler Press Conference, arguing with Froch etc. Idiot.
Is it just me or does he wind anyone else up?
Brilliant series though. Super 6 is such a great concept. Shame about all the pullouts, but in a way that's part of the drama of it - getting through the brutal schedule - you get to follow the characters through a kind of journey and see their relationships change. Even Prizefighter gives you a bit of that but Super 6 takes it to next level. It helps that it's a competitive division and some top fighters with belts signed up even though Bute is missing. Not sure the Cruiserweight one has the same attraction due to the lack of quality comparitively, although maybe once it gets going it will be entertaining. Light Welterweight one would be sensational at the moment!
anyone who seen the Showtime 360 docs think that...
