A good offer which has prompted me to subscribe.
Re: Premier Sports TV - discount offer
I looked the other day and the only fight they had listed was Flores/Green. If they do show more quality fights, I would subscribe.

Yeah, they've got the whole Martinez v Williams bill and the Frampton show.orbtastic wrote:I looked the other day and the only fight they had listed was Flores/Green. If they do show more quality fights, I would subscribe.
Aye, I'm on Virgin too so I'm out. Premier advises us to email Virgin and complain...they provide an address on their website.

Doing just about enough to keep me subscribing at the moment but if things don't improve I'm going to treat them like a PPV and subscribe only for the months that interest me.

They are just starting out and have my support. Lets hope they can get at least one big fight per month.

"Secured a deal" according to Premier's press release. Pretty ambiguous, really. For how many fights? Could be 100, could be one. A start though, whatever. If they can offer consistency, happy days. Only time will tell.Hagler2002 wrote:They've just signed a deal with HBO havent they?

Not too sure how they've done a deal with HBO. I thought all the international rights were the promoters, has nothing to do with HBO.

As I said, very sketchy details of this deal. A deal could be done for one fight or a 100. Could do with some elaboration reallyantcull wrote:Not too sure how they've done a deal with HBO. I thought all the international rights were the promoters, has nothing to do with HBO.

Wouldn't you have to pay a reconnection charge every time you re-subscribed?
I've just subscribed to the two months for half price offer which seems like a good deal
Re: Premier Sports TV - discount offer
Maybe its for future Golden Boy shows on HBO as they are the only company with some kind of HBO contract as far as I'm aware. Hope to hear more soon, its certainly promising.Glyn Leach wrote:As I said, very sketchy details of this deal. A deal could be done for one fight or a 100. Lets hope this discount sees a big increase in subscriptions and they can afford to buy many more fights.
Hopkins-Pascal would be fantastic.
Re: Premier Sports TV - discount offer
Hopkins vs Pascal is on Showtime.
