Did he ever signed Dempsey only, without Jack?

I don't know whether he ever signed "Dempsey" only, but I have a menu cover where he signed "Jack" only. It reads: "Hello Raoul [Godbout] old pal. Your friend, Jack." (The actual writing is clearer than this poor scan represents.)

I have a Ring Cover signed Dempsey only, very much looking like the autograph.
