April 12, 1897 vs Jimmy Barry - Don't believe this bout belongs with Torpedo Murphy. Try "Australian" Billy Murphy. Fought out of Chicago. (See Harry Forbes bout). 6 days after Griffin bout in New York (possible but not likely). Trains took 2 days. I'd put with "Australian" with a footnote. (Some sources show "Torpedo" Billy Murphy).

Correct date is February 12, 1893. My inquiry. My mistake. Crappy proof-reading on my part.
