Re: Any chance of some boxing sky
We got Groves fight which was a great scrap, and a couple of rounds of davies-hall. Terrible PPV show. If this Haye-Haye is over in 3 rounds I am putting my boot through my 42"LCD ![[icon_twisted.gif]](./images/smilies/icon_twisted.gif)
Re: Any chance of some boxing sky
I was going to say the same thing... but then you would accuse me of complaing!leforge wrote:Why are we not seeing any boxing?
lol!
But yeah, this build up is shit.
We got a good opener, then some limp highlights. For pay per view, this is a joke.
Re: Any chance of some boxing sky
You not complained for a while!
Re: Any chance of some boxing sky
What u mean this Nelson vs Barry sparring bullshit is hilarious -poor old Johnnie got the short straw to talk up Audley!

Haha, exactly what i thought!willardx wrote:What u mean this Nelson vs Barry sparring bullshit is hilarious -poor old Johnnie got the short straw to talk up Audley!
Showing Audley's strengths against Coleman Barrett.
Never has 'clutching at straws' been such an understated term.

Re: Any chance of some boxing sky
Do they really need to talk up Haye vs Harrison so much to people who have already decided to watch the fight?
Re: Any chance of some boxing sky
They've tried a old skool FA cup final type of build up, but it's failed. Far too much padding and not enough boxing.
Re: Any chance of some boxing sky
Sky in future please show boxing not advert for fight I paid for!

Re: Any chance of some boxing sky
Thinking of writing a complaint to be honest , not about the fight as thats our own faults for buying , but about the coverage , the lack of action shown , the lack of an undercard - if they want the main event to be pay per view theyve got to provide a reasonable undercard , seems all hayemaker cards only really have groves on the undercard , id rather have 5 poor fights than listen to all the crap for ages though . also as i said above , theres no reason for there to be adverts between rounds when weve already paid for it , winds me up enough when its on sky sports as weve already subscribed but on a pay per view it really shouldnt happen , complaining is the only way to get it on their mind as boycotting ppv's is pointless as the hype will suck in the casual fans
Re: Any chance of some boxing sky
Terrible ppv, mcguigan didn't know thought it was torrance in the dressing room watching the wrapping and then didn't know the trainer's name. Nelson making a case for Harrison for the sake of it. worst still no boxing apart from groves and two rounds of Hall
