Right on - I back that.

As long as its on German Telly and free for the UK! Who paid for that Harrison debacle deserves their money back!

I'll go for Vitali -I think he is better than Wlad given his experience

If Haye fights either Klit within the next year or so, I think he will lose to both by KO/TKO. Vitali is getting old though, so he could slow down soon (some people already think he is). The longer Haye waits, the better his chances are.

I'm sure we had a thread?

Right now, I'd guess at 60/40 in Wlad's favour and 70/30 in Vitali's. Vitali's getting on a bit, but I think he'd be able to soak up most of Haye's punishment. Not so Wlad, which is why I'd expect Haye to go back up in weight. Versus Vitali I think he'd try for a Valuev repeat, using an amateur approach to outscore over 12.

After this farce of a fight?, Haye v Harrison.
Surely he's got to prove himself against any of the Klitchko brothers for the good of British boxing and the sooner the better.
Please "Bring it on" David. :bag:

Must make the fight now. I'd actually now give him more of a chance against Vitali now. Haye might catch him at the right time on the way down. Wladimir looks a task too far though.

wladimir first hopefully.

that's the more intriguing fight for me.

wlad's chin and haye's power makes it an extremely juicy mix.

vitali is the much tougher job. :o

Whoever haye fights next, I don't care who it is, I'm not paying for it. There are streams in abundance...

I'm not getting stitched up like that again.

Haye's lack of work and chin in the air will be his undoing against either Klitschko. You can't just be quick and rely on your punch power.

So Haye says he wants to retire when he's 31, that gives him a year to get at least one of these fights signed. I personally think he can beat one of them if he gets his tactics right

I have to be honest, I was really impressed with Haye's speed last night. His feints and movement were like a middleweight's. Wlad isn't fast and is predictable. Vitali is slower, but less predictable. I think Haye should fight Wlad. Haye has gotten under his skin which could lead to mistakes and if Haye lands on chin, Wlad will fall. No-one that has fought Wlad is anywhere near as fast. Eddie chambers had decent handspeed, but was nowhere near as fast as Haye. Ofcourse Wlad will be favourite and rightly so, but Haye has a decent chance. If he can avoid the jab he can do some damage.

Wlad has to get past Chisora first, and that is not the formality many suppose.

What a waste of time. If Haye wants to prove he's a credible champion, he'll stop fighting has-beens like Ruiz and Harrison and fight a real challenger like Adamek, Chagaev or Povetkin, who have way better records and are ranked high than poor Audley. I would really love to see him back his big mouth and fight one of the K bros or shut the hell up. Right now the WBA World Title is a joke.

surely you can see the difference between haye-audley and haye-klitchko as a spectacle?

i didn't pay for last nights shite but i'd definitely pick up a fight involving haye against either of the top 2 in the division.

They have to catch Haye to beat him. On the other hand, Haye could knacker himself out evading them, and succumb to the jab late on. I cannot imagine David Haye being beaten down like Briggs. He will fight on the outside and try for bombs. If he attacks Wlad the way he finished off Harrison, it will be interesting as Wlad is not used to that these days.

Yes it is. Chisora is worse than the opponents Wlad has been outclassing for the last several years. Chambers, Chagaev, Peter, etc...they are all better than Chisora and have certainly proved themselves at the world class level..Chisora's most impressive results were his two toughish wins over Sam Sexton,

I don't say this often, but I believe Haye would beat Wlad 100%. I haven't been so certain before about a percieved 50/50 fight.

Haye will beat Wladamir, I'm confident of that!

Vitali is the much tougher fight, IMO! Despite his age, Vitali just seems to be so strong & tough. He could well walk through what Haye dishes out.

However, at the same time, if Haye lands cleanly on anyone in the HW divison, they fall, no question! Haye is young, so needs to make Vitali work, work, work. I do believe age is setting in now though with Vitali!

I really hope he KO's them both & becomes Undisputed champ! David Haye, representing London Town! :box:

I can certainly see how Haye would beat Wlad, and he is the brother for Haye to aim for, but why 100% confident? I still don't think Haye has shown enough against top heavyweights to warrant such confidence in him.

It is easy to be seduced based on the terrible drubbing he gave Audley. However, Audley might has well have just put his head in a guillotine and pulled the handle himself. Covering up on the ropes whilst offering no offence is a sure fire way to get yourself knocked out against an aggressive heavy handed fighter like Haye.

Wlad is simply not going to let Haye tee off. He will be landing the jab from the opening bell, preventing Haye from getting into range to detone a bomb. Those jabs will hurt.

I'm not saying he cannot win, but he will have to walk through some punishment to do so against Wlad, and I have doubts as to whether he will be able to stand up to it.

Wlad would be easier for Haye since he does have a china chin as exposed by Puritty, Sanders and Brewster. He is a smart tactical boxer who could overwhelm Haye with his superior skill and if he kept him at a distance, Haye would be outboxed and succumb to Wlad power in the later rounds. If Haye swarmed Wlad and got him off balance early though, he could score a kayo. Vitali is a different story though, no where near as flashy as Wlad and definitely more of a granite chinned brawler. Vitali vs Haye would have potential to be a great fight and probably would make people more interested in the heavy weight scene as it has gone stagnant. Not all of that blame should go on Haye's shoulders though as both Vitali and Wlad fought questionable opponents in their last title defenses. I would like to see them fight eachother or someone decidedly more challenging. There should be one or two guys in the top ten worthy of a title shot. I could think of a few.
