I think it was a case of a young, hungry, talented fighter beating an old, undermotivated talented fighter who had one foot in retirment.

Just because the favourite loses a close fight it doesn't mean the fight was a 'fix'.

Its not just that he lost, its how he lost and the whole vibe surrounding the fight. I saw Kinderlan box our ABA champ just month or so ago and while he wasn't as sharp as at Athens he was about 50% better than he was against Khan on Saturday. He basically didn't look like he was trying!. iF he was motivated enough a month or so ago why was he not motivated against Khan?. And Khan was not much better than in Athens, he had much less to beat last Saturday.

According to a Cuban contact I know, they expected Kindelan to lose because he wasn't really in shape for this anyway. So it's not that big a shock. If Khan is to be found out, then it will be in the pro game won't it.

Just watched it again. And in slow motion.

In my opinion, there was no fix about it. Only thing I could see is that Kindelan wasn't really focused, Khan was amped up. And a lot of scoring favoured Khan. But other than that there was nothing untoward in my opinion.
