Anyone hear that clown from Leeds who phoned up Radio 5 crying that he'd been fooled by media hype into buying the PPV?

The PPV was crap value for money, one of the worst i've seen. However, Sky got it right for the Pacman Vs Margarito fight. 4 undercard fights, great action and FREE.

At the end of the day Sky knew there would be enough people who would buy an event like this just for the main event, so they were bound to take the pi$$. The undercard was pretty much known well in advance, so you all knew what you were getting.

A completely s**t undercard + a main event which is a mismatch = something you should not spend your money on. I for one didn't. If you did thats your fault. These kinds of threads have been started for as long as i've been posting on this forum and the message still hasn't got through.

It's simple. If you continue to buy s**t, you will continue to get mugged off. Sky went out the window a long time ago for me. Don't miss it one bit.

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't replied sooner, I've just been making my way back from Manchester. It's difficult to know what to write, I work for Sky and I post on here but it really isn't my position to comment on much of what has been said. All I can do is pass it on. Personally I'm absolutely gutted at the way the fight went. When I was 18 I was at a house party and convinced the host and my pals to put the boxing on - it was Johnny Nelson against Carlos DeLeon, that's kind of how I feel now. I feel an idiot because although I thought Haye would win by knock out, I also thought that Harrison would finally go for broke. He seemed to unravel a little at the final press conference - flailing a bit with strange arguments - then at the weigh-in he seemed way too intense, like his emotions had completely overtaken him. Still, I thought he had nothing to lose and hoped that he'd find some strength mentally, as Johnny eventually did. I'm really sad that it was so one sided after all the build up.

You could tell he was crapping himself at the weigh in...... I'm not sure why anyone (including me I might add) expected anything else from him - he's shown absolutely no guts throughout his entire career, taking on small/overmatched/old/shot/chinny opponents and making fortunes.

He's been in with five opponents that were live at the time and lost to each of them, and probably only avoided repeat losses to two of them because one was fat and shot, the other was tooling him for 11.5 rounds.

It's just a shame he got that European title, he doesn't deserve to be mentioned alongside Frank Bruno, Lennox Lewis, Henry Cooper etc - though in fairness he probably won't anyway.

Hopefully Sky refuse to put him on again and we can wave him goodbye.

AS I said earlier, Haye is a UK Hevyweight champ of sorts, you would expect him to be PPV even if hr fought Butterbean.

THe hype, the buzz was there - to me it was like Tyson-Lewis in terms of anticipation. ANd let's be clear, none of us doubted that this ight ne the outcome.

it's amazing to think how well Nelson did after those two terrible performences

How can we, as 'Boxing Fans' rather than 'Casuals' feel mugged about saturday? I mean what part of it was a shock? Audleys lack of guts? Clear for all to see for the last 6 years or so. Sky putting on a slick show with lots of filler and little live action? Again, pretty much every big show.

Fans complaining about Sky taking their money off them would be like me going to the cinema to watch the latest Julia Roberts chick flick, having seen each of her last 25 films and having read the reviews but then demanding my money back as there were not enough tits and shooting.
