Why? He is not againts britian, he's againts the occupation in those countries, he's againts in his opinion the so called war. If your a champion at your sport how can you be stripped because of your political opinion? Interesting point though, I wonder if the Board would strip him, what grounds would it come under to be able to do?

Well the chances are no promoter worth a damn would even think of promoting him due to the fact he could cause a riot, so unless he promotes himself or moves abroad then his boxing career is pretty much dead, not that I think he cares anyway as he's a radical.

no he isn't - he's against britain and western democracy and all it stands for.

do a bit of f**kin research you mug. the group he's involved with are not 'peace' protestors or 'anti-war' protestors...they are hardline islamist fundamentalists.

you saying that they are 'against the occupation in those countries' is like saying that hitler and the nazis were against the occupation and invasion of germany in 1944 / 45.

Dekker, surely there are more polite ways to inform Des of the stance Small is taking. No need for the personal insults.

no personal insult was intended...the point being that it is foolish to believe that small's little band of fascists represent anything other than islamist fundamentalist thought.

THESE are the sort of people who planned and carried out 9/11, 7/7 etc etc etc etc.....these people aren't the solution they ARE the problem.

i have my own misgivings towards the military campaigns in afghanistan and iraq but Small and his merry band are being disingenuous by hiding behind the cloak of anti-war protests when anyone with a discerning mind can see behind the 'anti-war' placards to the real nihilist idealolgy of the wahabist / salafist school of islam.

anyone who paints them as 'anti-war' protestors at the best has clearly has not done their homework or at their worst simply sides with anyone who disagrees with america / the west.

a lot of german jews initially supported the national socialists in germany because some of their aims co-incided....while choosing to not take seriously the anti-semitism inherent.
