Round 11 Green - not by much but Flores not busy enough - has to come out swinging, think he has the power to trouble Green, thought he did a little in the second with one shot so not over but Green 5 up now with 1 to go

Green round

116-113 Green

Flores was very disappointing. Lazy and no workrate

Good intelligent fight from Green. Official announcement is coming. Should be Green by pts.

You had it just like the judges. Can't help but feel a busier fighter would have taken Green.

Good, tactical fight by Green. Deserved the victory, and Flores agreed, so kudos to him. Both seem like nice guys.

Was not hard to score really in a strange way considering not lots in the rounds, Flores just kept falling short and missing a lot, think some may have thought he was landing but he was'nt

Also think you are right, definately think Green felt Flores punches from time to time, he don't want to mix with the punchers in the division or he comes unstuck but he still has handy skills at 37 that most would be proud of.

Green found his rhythm in the 3rd and was superior from then on, from what I could see (I did miss some stuff). Green said he had to watch out for Flores' power, so I think it's safe to assume he was hurt at some point.

Not the kind of fight I expected at all. Green obviously stuck to a game plan and got the win. I thought both blokes would open up a bit more but still a good result for Green.

From what I've read about Flores, he's not the type to engage. We probably got the best fight we could hope for.

Flores although the more imposing figure was unwilling to mix it with Danny and had too much respect for Danny's hitting power. Danny fought a great tactical fight, narrowing the distance by backing away and forcing Flores to advance to negate his big reach advantage and then countering with double jabs.
