13-05-1933. Charlie Bundy. Coliseum, Bargoed. W. Pts. 12.

Alterations= 14-08-1935 was White City, Cardiff.
19-09-1934 was Wandsworth Stadium, London.

Information obtained from local newspaper reports i check through at Newport Reference Library.
Mainly from South Wales Argus which is Newport based.
Also from Western Mail and South Wales News which was formally the South Wales Daily News but unfortunately ceased publication in August 1928.

Referees=
19-11-1927 bout was Mr. W.H.Moore(South Wales Echo).
13-05-1933 bout was Mr. I.R.Powell(Bargoed) Cheers.

Merthyr Express Report=
Saturday 14-03-1931.Coliseum,Bargoed.Tommy Farr(Kid Farr) Draw with Chis Shea(Tredegar) over 10 rounds.
Farr was subsitute for Albert Bartlett(Cardiff).
First fight in this country for Shea after a successful tour in America.No information found on this Shea.

02-02-1931.This contest was scheduled for 8 rounds.

Have seen this record,certainly one of the most complete yet for Farr.
I check the older results when researching local newspapers. :TU:

Do not rate Welsh Warriers site.No venues given and they have never
even heard of Welsh British Champions like Johnny Basham, Gypsy Billy Daniels
and Tom Thomas.I know they ask for any champions not on thier lists but not to
include these 3 is ridiculous. :bag:
