Ricky Hatton denies comeback rumours
" RICKY HATTON insists his weight loss that has nothing to do with a rumoured comeback.
The former two weight world champion has shed 34lb in five weeks since leaving The Priory where he was treated for depression.
Hatton, 32, is not even contemplating fighting again at the moment but is still training and puts his fitness down to using Vyomax Nutrition Products. "

Lol @ the Vyomax plug....
Back to topic. Hatton-De La Hoya is one 'celebrity' fight that would probably do both a lot of good- and I would definately attend. Imagine the build up.... It would be class. If we get Hatton-De La Hoya, Pac- Mayweather and Haye- Klitschko next year it would be a great 12 months.

I used to really like Ricky but stuff like the shill quote above don't do him any favours.

What gets me is, he's dumb enough to think that losing 34 pounds in 5 weeks is healthy ![[icon_shame.gif] :shame:](./images/smilies/icon_shame.gif)

When you have been drinking like Ricky was and suddenly stop, you can easily lose over a stone in fluid alone.Roars Like Me wrote:What gets me is, he's dumb enough to think that losing 34 pounds in 5 weeks is healthy

He's obviously been training a lot and, as long as his nutrition is ok, I don't see it as a major problem.
