We like the fact that you are stepping up and wishing to challenge a former Lonsdale/Unified champion. You should be experiencing pride and exhilaration on making such a choice, as you and your fighter attempt to mix it up in the upper stratosphere of simulated fisticuffs. However in order for such a fight to be made, there are (as would be expected) conditions, quid pro quo's and various proviso's which accompany such a major event as this.

1. Ike must wear 12 oz gloves while Williams will wear 6 oz gloves, the fact that Ike's fists will be more protected against Paul's Iron chin should reinforce your sense of good will and charity and give you a sense of our spirit of fair play as we proceed into these legal negotiations.
2. Ike must drink a quart of Maker's Mark 1/2 hour before the event is to take place, as well as a quart of Metamucil 15 minutes before the fight (or as his hands are being wrapped, you may choose either option). Once again we want to be sure that your fighter experiences no pain, or cramps as he is being deconstructed in the ring.
3. If Ike wins he must give an immediate rematch to Paul Williams without delay, and there must be NO disrespectful barbs or comments, no negative diatribe or snappy ass statements made about Paul Williams "losing" a fight. It is unacceptable behavior and will not be tolerated.
4. If Paul Williams wins, no such rematch would be needed, offered, or discussed. And you and your camp must sing the praises of Paul, and speak only in glowing terms of him and his management conglomerate. Feel free to use terms such as "awesome" , "unbelievable", "amazing" etc in your assorted ramblings.

If you accept these small yet significant variants from the typical run of the mill simulated contract, then consider this fight signed.

We continuously strive to operate in fair and reasonable ways. We can only hope that Detroit and Hitman are able to recognize that it serves the common man well to operate with a sense of humility, and in the spirit of cooperation.
