How long do you want the current season to go?
Figured I would let you guys decide. It's taken us about 2 months to get this far, so a 40 week season should end somewhere around the new year. Please vote accordingly.

I'm sure it'll be a clean sweep for 40, but I wanted to make sure.

The full whack is the only option.

I say we go until Basilio loses again. Seems fair.

I just like the whole concept, it's the perfect therapy for those of us with attention deficit disorder. I think the govt should subsidize this by handing over TF a stimulus check.

I'd agree too, but I have no idea what he said.

Might end this at 30. Current pace has the last 12 weeks taking until Spring.

Noooooooo. We'll step up. We promise.
Re: How long do you want the current season to go?
Sort of hoping for 41.

I agree.tzyuforever wrote:Might end this at 30. Current pace has the last 12 weeks taking until Spring.
Re: How long do you want the current season to go?
I think numbers should be limited. A few people take too long making picks etc. Would be better.
Re: How long do you want the current season to go?
Oh and I think it should be ended at 30 too. Armstrong and SRR are going to monopolise the belts for the next 15 or so weeks! Even if they lose it one week, they'll get it back soon after.
Re: How long do you want the current season to go?
I say that w emake the season 40 weeks... My fighters aren't reaslly in contention for anything but it just seems right.
Re: How long do you want the current season to go?
Also, I remember the likes of Louis and Ali used to be greyed out in the HW seasons. Did that work out better?

No hurry, but I also don't want it to limp it to the finish line either.DetroitHxC wrote:Why are you in a hurry to end this season?

Along with Dempsey and Marciano. I'm not sure if not having those fighters available made a difference or not.jBacca wrote:Also, I remember the likes of Louis and Ali used to be greyed out in the HW seasons. Did that work out better?

For those who have not researched this, I can attest that what TF is doing is equal to a part time job. His dedication and time commitment is astounding. It's likely been a labor of love, but I'm sure it's probably starting to compete for time with his other priorities.
One thing for certain he belongs in the Sim hall of fame as the commish that had the greatest "Iron Constitution". Even if he cut and ran right now, or (perish the thought) joined Nels in the commish afterlife.
No matter the amount of fights in this (one of the more predictable seasons) TF's record is without a doubt the most chartible run any commish has had to date.
So I'm just going to say thanks, whether it be 30 or 130.

I saw how much time & effort went into running the Sim when Neri was commish and I imagine it can be a giant pain in the arse at times.
Big props to TF for continuing to do this, and I don't think anyone could complain if this thing ended tomorrow.

It feels like the season has lost a bit of its spark. Haven't pinpointed why yet, so lets blame Crease.
