This duel was a disgrace to watch I mean the USA clearly won most of these bouts, this was a set up for team USA, no American Judges, no points giving to Usa. The PR team was not good at all. If a match was close they would stop scoing for the American... Cartagena won, Roosevelt won, Correa won, Mitchell won, Arnet won. This was not fair at all

If there were no US officials, this was not a USAB official international dual. A USAB sanctioned dual would have two AIBA officials with the team.

I have no idea - however I expect it was an international club show (between a club in the US and Puerto Rico) not a USA Boxing scheduled international event. Do you know where the US team came from?

It was the last international event scheduled by USA Boxing and the boxers were picked by USA BOXING,I only seen the ref working.

Mel it was clearly an international dual approved by USA Boxing. It was listed on USA Boxing's website. Here is the info on the USA coaches and officials from USAB's website:
Team USA was led by two 2000 Olympic Coaches, Israel Acosta (Milwaukee, Wis.) and Candy Lopez (San Jose, Calif.), and Jennifer Han (El Paso, Texas). USA Boxing Board of Directors member Gary Pliner (Janesville, Wis.) served as the Team Manager for the event with Angel Franklin (Milwaukee, Wis.) working as the AIBA official and Dr. Armando Sanchez (Milwaukee, Wis.) joining the squad as the Team Physician.

In a dual meet in another country, the US usually sends two officials. Have no idea why only one went. That would definitely give the Puerto Rican's the edge....

Well you had a BOD member who had never been a team manager before. USAB needs to understand you need to have experienced team managers to handel situations like that. USAB also should not have agreed to only having one official. That is worked out before the competition is agreed on. Rookie mistakes.
