Did Brook and Cleverly have outstanding amateur careers?

Fowler has performed exceptionally domestically but only has a couple of Multi-Nations titles to his name, similar to Bellew who, despite dominating at home, was never given the chance to exceed on a bigger scale.

David Dolan, Carl Froch, David Haye, David Price and Audley Harrison are glaring omissions from your list.

Audley was a fine amateur who earned decisions against a host of top guys.

I won't judge him on his Pro career but he certainly belongs on the list before a host of names you've included.

You've replaced Stalker from your original list when he's more decorated on the international circuit than Fowler and Smith

Don’t understand some of these lists, it’s Froch, Haye, Khan, then the rest from current boxers. Unless my translation of the thread title is wrong.
