Jose Torres' birth place

Torres' birth place is down as "Playa Ponce", but it should be down as "Playa, Ponce, Puerto Rico". (i.e. Barrio, Municipality, Country).

I only found 4 towns named "Playa", one in Spain (Communidad Valencia), one in Mexico (San Luis Potosi), one in Ecuador (Sucumbíos), and one in Honduras. If there is a town in Puerto Rico, are you sure it is not named Playa XXX, like, I don't know, Playa Azul or something else?!? Plus, for Puerto Rico, we don't list municipalities. Only country and barrio.
