Yep = why I guess he is stuck at the level he is at, if he had good finishing instincts he would have had Bellew out of there. All he had to do was swarm all over him and try to force a TKO stoppage.

because he is robotic & patient he could see tony was clear enough to get his hands up & wait for the attack to counter & played it safe waiting himself for a weak shot to come out, but instead tony moved around & recoverd very well.
