How Many Fights Ended This Way
Re: How Many Fights Ended This Way
Holt vs Torres II. Holt down twice (Torres once) and stops him in the first (with a little help from his head).
Re: How Many Fights Ended This Way
Edwin Rosario - Jose Luis Ramirez II may have happened this way. But then again I haven't seen it in 25 years so I could be wrong

Thought you just wanted examples!
Struggling to think of which fight you might mean off the top of my head.

Have you seen Soo Hwan Hong go down FOUR TIMES in the second round, and then KO his man in the third?

Foreman down twice in the 4th, Lyle down once. Then knocked out by Foreman in the 5th.
I believe Ji-Hoon Kim was dropped by Gogaladze before stopping him in the 1st. Not sure if it was once or twice though.

I think Ramirez went down 3 times in the first two rounds and then stopped Edwin in the fourth. it's been a long time for me too, but I don't think Rosario ever touched the canvas.
Re: How Many Fights Ended This Way
You're probably right. I do remember though, that it was strange how Rosario turned his back and started walking away from Ramirez with Ramirez following him still throwing punches. Rosario at this point was stunned and didn't react to being punched. His brain switched off and the preservation instinct had kicked inSaadOffTheDeck wrote:bollox wrote:Edwin Rosario - Jose Luis Ramirez II may have happened this way.
