I was a previous subscriber but after repeated calls to the publishers/distributors I still could NEVER , NEVER get my copy before Saturday ,mostly it arrived on Monday .This was when it came out on a Friday.How frustrating it was to see copies sitting on the shelf at my local small newsagent and mines had still not arrived. I cancelled the subscription. Would I be guaranteed to get it by Friday now ?? If this could be guaranteed I would subscribe again .Smashing magazine though isn't it .Its still better than reading something off a computer screen .

Can never be 100% guaranteed because we rely on a third party to deliver. But we get less complaints now, excluding the last two weeks and the digital edition is an option if you don't get the mag.
