Please note that this boxer is the same "Angel Tejeiro" with ID 79400 (Angel Tejeiro is the correct name; I'm his grandson). News about the fight with Ray Rivera in "Texiera"'s record can be found (related to Tejeiro) in the 1928's Mundo Deportivo sports magazine in the following link: http://hemeroteca.elmundodeportivo.es/p ... 1/pdf.html
Also, the same newspaper, link: http://hemeroteca.elmundodeportivo.es/p ... 2/pdf.html indicates that Tejeiro was to fight 3 times in Puerto Rico (he only fought 2 due to an injury).
Finally, a reference to the fight with Ramon Reyes can be found in "Boxeo" magazine number 192 (november 27, 1928), page 13, altough this cannot be checked via Internet (this magazine is only available in the Barcelona Historic Archives). Thanks in advance.

Boxeo was a great magazine published up until around 1936 or so when civil war took everyone's attention.

I have only a small stack of 20 or 30 issues beginning around 1932.

Do you happen to know how much of the long run the archives in Barcelona have?

Hi. I think they have all the issues from 1926 till 1933, and a few numbers before and after that, but I'm not sure. Next time I happen to go to Barcelona I'll check again. Regards.
