It seems to me that the site itself has nothing to do with it. It's a professional site that has a link to Boxrec. My guess is some kid with a bad sense of humor made this up.

It was an april fools joke, from boxingpress.de :-

The story was about a young undefeated finnish fighter, who should
have replaced Joey deGrandis as Dariusz' opponent back im May.
That finnish fighter never existed and was displayed by one of our
staff members...
