Former British and WBU Light welterweight champion, Jason Rowland has forged a partnership with his friend and former pro Welterweight, Romfords Kevin Lilley. The pair have opened their own gym.
The gym, called "The Noble Art Boxing Gym", is set to open on June 1st and will be run on a full time basis, by Rowland and Lilley.
The former fighters will run boxercise classes for people of all ages and ability, as well as one to one training. The core business of the gym will be professional boxing, though Rowland and Lilley stress that those from other disciplines, or 'keep fitters' are more than welcome.
The gym is located at :

Re: Rowland & Lilley open Noble Art Boxing Gym
Thought I'd bump this as I'm looking to switch gyms and this is less than 200m from the house! I'll let interested parties know how I find it. I've met Jason before and he seems like a nice bloke so I'm sure it will be fine.
Re: Rowland & Lilley open Noble Art Boxing Gym
Jason Rowland knew how to box and always came across as being a patient sort; He's been training for quite a while and surely knows not every boxer will have his ability. He was always in good shape when he boxed and reckon he'll not accept any daft excuses, though he probably still gets em from time to time. I don't know anything at all about Kevin Lilley but am sure that he'll know his stuff and be enthusiastic. I reckon and hope they do well. Best of luck
