He's never been a good judge of what to put into his body.
Brian Viner of the Independent always writes a good interview. He had one with Hatton yesterday and revealed that Ricky always tucks into a huge fry up on the morning of a fight. Must be incredibly satisfying when you have been a good boy for weeks on end. I wouldn't know anything about that though!

I find tucking into a fry-up incredibly satisfying regardless of how much crap I've eaten previously. But then I do resemble "Super" Brian Nielsen.......Ian 'Mr' McNeilly wrote:Brian Viner of the Independent always writes a good interview. Yeah, by the time of the fight, the body has already been fully prepared, has it's stores of energy on board, and you can afford to be putting a fry up in there.Ian 'Mr' McNeilly wrote:Brian Viner of the Independent always writes a good interview. I remember seeing a sky sports interview with Hatton on the morning of a fight night, they were in a cafe and the interview started with hatton demolishing his fry up. Anyone remember what fight this was before?Ian 'Mr' McNeilly wrote:Brian Viner of the Independent always writes a good interview. Hatton and Smith were in the restaurant.
Smith: So you like to eat this stuff before you go through the torturous battle?
Hatton: I always do it and hopefully we can eat Vince Phillips for breakfast later on. Sorry... I just had to say that!
