Contact USA Boxing in Colorado, contact the gym the boxer fights out of, or, the LBC of the region where the boxer is located. These are good starting points.

There's really no way of knowing unless you get your hands on someones book. USAB doesnt keep that info. There is a web site called 'boxingscoop', i believe, that does keep track of a small fraction of peoples amatuer fights. The site is very unreliable though. It lists my record as 3 and 1 but i have about 100 fights.

I can tell you if someone competed for the U.S. in National and international competitions from 1987 to present. However, as has been stated, the only way to determine an athlete's actual record is to get the information from his or her passbook. USA Boxing doesn't keep a record and neither does the LBC.
