Precisely, but I doubt it will happen if it doesn't happen within the next 6 months.

I'll say the same again, I'll fight anyone, I'd love to do it with McKenzie again!! I'm not going anywhere, I'm not hard to find, I've never rejected a fight in my life!! Im not gonna start now that's for sure....

Trust me, mate. I know you wouldn't turn anyone down. I just find the logic of not fighting Ovill again, when your first fight was so pulsating and when it ended badly, hard to digest. Especially when I believe your next fight to be a step down.

Isnt Stubbs rated Top 5 in UK Light Heavyweights? Higher than McKenzie? Agreed I'd love to see the rematch but to call it a step down is a little uncharitable. If you were talking about Brook or Cleverlys last opponents, they were both bona fide steps down, but Stubbs is a ranked UK L.H. so it's not like he's going in with a bum.

stubbs is a fighter & is more then elidgeable to challenge for such titles.bellew need's fight's so he can work on he's weakness's before going to do the next level where he will do good but even better with more expieriance. i think he's proved he can fight & take it aswell as give it :!:
why throw him in hard fights while he's finding his feet??? he's just boxed two back to back fights against kid's who have struggled to get matched for 2plus years

Just realised this is the actual fight thread so i'll ask in here.

As the bids are out for a British title fight between Clev & Bomber, can we assume that the fight against Stubbs will be for the British title?
