Who's david barnes fighting?

I thought welshman bradley price was supposed to be fighting barnes this weekend but boxrec have listed joshua okine as the opponent. I would have preferred price as i know nothi about this guy and i recall price giving it large a bit ago for barnes previously pulling out

He fights Okine for the Commonwealth title. he was
due to fight Vincent for the British title on 15th July, not sure what is happening with that fight now, I know Maloney Promotions won the bid.
