JUNIOR WITTER.

At one time or another all these fights were proposed yet never happened.

In particular Mitchell, he was up for fighting Hatton yet they put Hatton in with the guy Mitchell had just beaten instead - Stewart. What a joke!

I think it was a "joke".

True he did, but it's funny how a few hundred thousand dollars can lubricate even the rustiest of deals.
hmm but wasnt harris already getitng his biggest purse ever, then got pulled and fought for a third in a remathc agianst urkal.

dont think it was aobut money or that wouldnt have happened.

Also why would Steward come out and publicly belittle his charge by saying he didnt fancy his chances, unles she meant it.

hardly a confidence boost is it.

just my take on it.
Harris would have been a favourite against Hatton.

If Hatton wanted it, it was there. He didn't want it. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

Now get off his cock.

A rematch with Vilches to see if he can KO him this time. :-?
"Vilches put up a great effort last time and Hatton is really up against it in the rematch." = War*en

Lirva, hows that £500 coming along, you must have had to put in some long hours sweeping the floor of the Ingle gym and cleaning The Hitter’s car for that?

Hatton should have fought Mitchell. He wouldn't have done it as cleanly as Tsyzu, but I think he would have done it. Tsyzu could have fought Harris then - I think Harris would have gave him a fight, but be overcome. Hatton - Tsyzu could then take place and both would be 100% ready.

Hatton should have fought Viven Harris for the WBA title proper.

Other opponents I would have like to have seen Hatton fight as "warm ups" for Tszyu are the likes of Urkal, Leija, Abdulaev and maybe even Emmanuel Augustus.

i'm sorry, this thread is ludicrous.

manny pulled Harris out of the fight because he didn't fancy his chances, simple as that, manny may be a hall of fame trainer, but he's a fornicating shite manager, where the fornicate is harris now, nobody even knows who he is.

other fights that were scuppered may have been down to Hatton and his management, but not way were they to blame for the ridiculous pull out job by harris.
