In a couple of hours I'll be having some homemade home fried potatoes, sausages and some over easy eggs with toast and tortillas.
My father used to make some great breakfast potatoes. Jeri learned years ago to make them exactly like my father did. When I eat Jeri's potatoes it's like my dad is in the kitchen with us. No one else can make them quite like Jeri.

Paulie, I love onions in my potatoes!!! There is a place nearby, on the border of Pico Rivera and Downy on Telegraph Rd and Rosemead blvd on the Downey side, called Arthur's, that makes great potatoes O'Brien, with onions and bell pepper. I like it when the onions get a little burnt.

I think I'm going to push the bar on the kept man thing and make Jeri cook breakfast in the back yard this morning with a camp stove. I deserve it!
When the kids were still at home, on Sunday morning I would get up early and walk around the house yelling "Reveille!, reveille! everybody up!" they hated it....
