Eammon Loughran, where is he now?

Does anyone know what former WBO Welterweight Champion Eammon Loughran is up to these days?

Also was he the UK's first WBO Champion when he won the vacant Title on 16/10/93.

1993!!!!! was it that long ago. :o :o
