I discovered in reading through the January 2nd, 1959 Boxing News, there was an account of a fight between these two fighters at Ulster Hall, Belfast on December 27th, 1959 that is not accounted for in either of the two fighters records. The account puts McAuley's weight at 153 lbs (10-13) and Willis' at 151 1/2 (10-11 1/2). It says McAuley won the fight TKO when Willis' corner threw in the towel during the 4th round. The article does not mention a schedule number of rounds for the fight.
