i don't think there's any hate. i just think we should be allowed to expect something, by now. no complaints about how haye went about things at cruiserweight. but if he's retiring this year, and considering mormeck - a guy ready for the knacker's yard - then this is very bad.bennie wrote:Why all the hate? Chagaev is a walking virus so Booth has to look at the rankings and Mormeck is right in the mix, a man who dropped Haye. Sure, you get the feeling that Booth wants to give the French bull a nice payday because Mormeck really 'made' Haye, but Mormeck is still a million times better than Arreola, who wouldn't even beat Martin Brogan.
good for haye that he can make money in novetly type fights and still mkae headlines and money over here. good that he can choose when he's going to leave with with health/wealth etc. but he's a footnote in heavyweight history, and has promised so much. let's fvcking see it haye. stop flapping your big gob and deliver, because it's overdue and slow wins over audley and valuev aren't too much to boast about.
haye vs a klitschko should be the biggest fight in boxing. heavyweight unification, exciting, big prize. if the sport can't put together the biggest fights, then it's ridiculous. these fighter-promoters are buggering things up. because they can't make the fights.
